Preparatory drawing for an important bodice front, with rose motifs in suiffé rubies, diamonds, emeralds and onyx, circa 1920/25.
Gouache on tracing paper (some waviness, small folds at edges).
This drawing can be compared with two models of bracelet and brooch made by Lacloche Frères in 1925, featuring a decoration of roses in suiffé rubies, one of which can be seen on the cover of the reference work dedicated to the jeweler.
