the buyer-bidder is required to pay a droit de suite to the artists and authors of the works sold at auction,
in addition to the total sale price of the item when the auction price exceeds €750; droit de suite applicable for living
artists, whether living or deceased for less than 70 years. This obligation subsists in the event that the claim for these rights
