In this online charity sale, 21 original plates out of the 25 illustrations composing the Lockdown Heroes portfolio will be sold from Tuesday 9th June to Wednesday 24th June 2020. The entire proceeds will be donated to the Franco-Italo-Belgian civil protection.

Milo Manara and Feltrinelli Comics, in collaboration with Comicon, announce the release of Lockdown Heroes.
This portfolio includes the illustrations that Manara created during the containment period related to Covid-19. It is dedicated to the women who continued to work, in a dangerous sanitary context, so that life goes on. Manara and Feltrinelli Comics will dedicate the proceeds from Lockdown Heroes sales to support the Luigi Sacco Hospital in Milan, the University Hospital in Padova and the Domenico Cotugno Hospital in Naples.
>Lockdown Heroes will be released in bookstores on July 30th and is already available for pre-order online on the purchasing platforms. In order to make this collection a success, Manara will dedicate all the portfolios purchased in pre-order.

Lockdown Heroes, presented in a case, will consist of 25 illustrations printed on fine paper, signed with a dry stamp by Manara. This book is the result of a civil commitment and the testimony of a historical moment.
