Issued at the Prefecture building in Clermont-Ferrand on May 4, 1814. Poster (52 x 42 cm) printed in Clermont by the Landriot Printing House. Prefectural decree organizing the supply of French troops scattered throughout the municipalities of the department, establishing cantonal warehouses for fodder and oats, and setting forth the procedures for requisitioning as well as penalties for non-compliant municipalities. Signed by M. de Contades. Pencil note, normal creases, some foxing and discoloration, minor damage along the edges.
