"Orchidée sabot de Vénus", circa 1885.
Vase with swollen body and open neck in green m ulticolored glass shaded with dark-red interlayered marbling, decorated with an acid-etched Orchid sabot de Vénus with polychrome cold-applied enamels, the flower's labellum in hot-applied glass cabochon.
The vase is flanked by two serpentine handles in worked and hot-applied glass, rubbed with gold enamel.
