GEO HAM (Georges Hamel dit). - Lot 450
GEO HAM (Georges Hamel dit). Motobécane. Circa 1935. Lithographic poster. Max Courteau Imp. Paris. Cloth-covered, fair condition: traces of median folds. Some foxing, small restored tears and very minor edgewear, slightly yellowed. Vivid, fresh colors. 159 x 120 cm Motobécane is the emblematic French brand, universally known, created in 1924. It went bankrupt in 1983, only to be taken over by Yamaha under the name MBK Industrie. Géo Ham produced exactly two posters for Motobécane. We present both models in this sale.
