Half red morocco, smooth spine decorated with a large romantic decoration, marbled edges (period binding). The account of Lesson, who was the naturalist of this expedition led by Duperrey, completes the latter's report. In addition to the 24 views and daily scenes, the 19 plates of natural history, including 10 of ornithology, are enhanced with color. A very good copy, very fresh inside, well preserved in its binding decorated with a romantic decoration.
