Half brown basane, smooth spine, red edges (binding circa 1900). Sabin, 24453; Hill, 605. Third edition, published in the year of the original, written by one of the expedition's physicians. The illustration includes 2 maps (large folding map with navigation between Melville Island and Bafin's Bay, and the map of Melville Island) as well as 5 woodcuts in the text. Mark of stamp removed on the title, otherwise a nice copy.
