CHINE - Epoque Tongzhi (1856-1875) Pair of yellow enameled porcelain flared neck vases with polychrome decoration of dragons chasing the flaming pearl among clouds, lingzhi and bats. The shoulder and the foot decorated with a frieze of ruyi, the neck enamelled pink with polychrome decoration of stylized flowers among foliage and decorated with two handles in the form of elephant head. (Small defect of cooking on a heel). On the reverse side of the base, the mark of Tongzhi. H. 61 cm.
