We find here the scrolled armrests which appear in his production for the first time in the armchairs delivered in 1808 for Napoleon's bedroom at the Tuileries as well as for Josephine's bedroom at Fontainebleau the same year. The extent of our furnishings testifies to the large orders of the dignitaries of the Empire for their homes.
