Anti-Dreyfus cartoons, xenophobic and anti-Semitic. Here, Louis Lépine, Prefect of Police. On June 3, 1899, the combined chambers of the Court of Cassation overturned the 1894 judgment in a formal hearing, and the case was sent back to the Rennes Council of War. On September 9, 1899, the Court rendered its verdict: Dreyfus was found guilty of treason.
