ANONYME
Lee Riders. Authentic Cowboy Pants. Circa 1940. American silkscreen poster. No mention of printer. LU 820. Framed, canvas, good general condition: some restorations in the image, good quality of the silkscreen, tears restored on the border. 119.5 x 97 cm. Created in Salina (Kansas) by Henry David Lee in 1889, Lee's products have become a symbol, especially thanks to the stars who have been its muse over the years. In 1933 Lee launched a new version of his famous denim jacket: the "Storm Rider", which would be worn by Paul Newman or Marilyn Monroe. James Dean, for his part, helped popularize the 101Z Rider slim jeans which was later popularized by the Rockabilly community.
