Maria-Sveva Dagnino, artist and photographer. I define myself as a polyglot and versatile personality with a multiple outlook, I live with a dynamic energy and a gentle restlessness that drives me to explore the world and the human being in all its facets. A heart that encompasses an infinite number, a creative soul, curious and playful, a traveler and seeker of meaning, who moves through life with a lively, open eye.

Born in Asolo (TV), Italy, between the Venetian hills and limpid skies, I have breathed in broad horizons since childhood: Italy, France, the United States and Spain have been my homes, each leaving a language and a color in my soul. The "double" accompanies me like a discreet thread: the compound first name, the date of birth - 11 -, the reflection of 1 in the other. A duality that is both mirror and dialogue, a bridge between self and world.

My professional career has always been intertwined with my artistic vocation: on the one hand, outstanding experiences such as Expo Barcelona 2006, Antic Teatre, Barcelona and Expo Milan 2007, at UTZ, Art Restaurant; on the other, a long career in the field of human resources, between consulting (Tesi Spa - Mercer Italia) and business (several entities, WPP Group), as a manager, trainer, coach, moderator and translator.

Through my photographs, an imaginary world rich in symbols and recurrences: the sky and the sea, the double and the reflection, I play with creativity, highlighting the bridges between worlds.

My images are visual journeys where reality and imagination meet, where color becomes emotion and light, language.

Each image becomes a doorway to a possible elsewhere, where we can discover what is essential. An invitation to imagine and create new and, why not, better worlds, to perceive the infinite possibilities that surround us, and to recognize the temporal and sublime beauty of the moment, with its colors, emotions and "the love of looking".
