In accordance with current legislation Article L122-8, Articles R122-2 to 122-12 of the French Intellectual Property Code,
the buyer-bidder is required to pay a droit de suite to the artists and authors of the works sold at auction,
in addition to the total sale price of the item when the auction price exceeds €750; droit de suite applicable for living
